1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2. How are paintings shipped?

All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped rolled in a protective tube or flat in a custom crate, depending on size. Works on paper are shipped flat with protective backing.

3. How long does shipping take?

Domestic (Argentina): 3-7 business days International: 10-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. Plus 7 days of packing. 

Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs clearance.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined at checkout, based on the destination and the size of the package. We provide free shipping for all artworks priced above $2,500 USD.

5. Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price.

6. Insurance and tracking

All shipments are fully insured and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

7. Packaging

Paintings are packaged using acid-free materials and protective layers to ensure safe arrival. Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
