FAQ
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Three options are available at checkout:
- PayPal, including payment by credit or debit card without a PayPal account.
- International bank transfer (USD), for buyers outside Argentina.
- Transferencia bancaria – Argentina, in US dollars or Argentine pesos, for buyers in Argentina.
How does payment by bank transfer work?
Choose the bank transfer option at checkout and place your order. The bank details appear on the confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. The artwork is reserved for 5 days and ships once payment is received. Please email the transfer receipt with your order number to florenciatruccof@gmail.com.
Who pays the international transfer fees?
For international wires, please select the OUR charge option (sender pays all fees), so the full amount reaches the artist. Intermediary banks may otherwise deduct fees along the way.
Can I pay in Argentine pesos?
Yes, buyers in Argentina can pay in pesos by local bank transfer. The amount is calculated at the Banco Nación official selling exchange rate on the day of the transfer and confirmed by email.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. Every international sale is invoiced by the artist from Argentina (export invoice).
Shipping
Where do you ship from, and with which carrier?
All works ship from Florencia Trucco's studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina, by DHL Express, insured and with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate per artwork, shown at checkout and in each listing (from USD 55 for small framed works). Florencia Trucco subsidizes part of the shipping cost. Shipping is free for artworks priced at USD 2,500 or more.
How are paintings packed?
Canvases without stretcher bars are shipped rolled in a protective archival tube, ready to stretch or frame at a local framer. Framed and mounted works ship flat in a protective box. Each listing states how the work arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Allow about 7 days for packing, then international transit and customs clearance, usually 10–21 business days depending on the destination.
Will I pay import duties?
Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the buyer. They are not included in the price.
The artworks
Are these original paintings?
Yes. Every work is a unique original painting, not a print, signed on the back by the artist.
Do artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact florenciatruccof@gmail.com right away if anything is wrong. See the refund policy for details.
