Where do we ship from?

All artworks ship from Florencia Trucco’s studio in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Carrier

We ship exclusively with DHL Express, fully insured and with door-to-door tracking.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per artwork, calculated at checkout and shown in each product listing. Florencia Trucco subsidizes part of the shipping cost.

• Small framed works: from USD 55
• Artworks priced at USD 2,500 or more: free shipping

Packaging

Every work is carefully packed to travel safely across borders:

• Canvases without stretcher bars are rolled in a protective archival tube, ready to stretch or frame at a local framer on arrival.
• Framed and mounted works ship flat in a rigid protective box.

Each product listing states how the work arrives.

Delivery time

Please allow approximately 7 business days for careful packing and export documentation, followed by international transit and customs clearance. Total delivery is typically 10–21 business days from order confirmation, depending on the destination country.

Import duties & taxes

Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for original artworks before purchasing.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email so you can follow your artwork every step of the way.
